Q: Is there a 24-hour laundromat in Bedok?
Yes. Hangout Laundry at 531 Bedok North Street 3, #01-706 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.

Q: Is Hangout Laundry air-conditioned?
Yes, the laundromat is fully air-conditioned. To conserve energy, air-conditioning runs from 7am to 1am daily. It's just a little warmer during the late-night hours but you can always switch on our fans. The machines are available around the clock.

Q: Can I wash my comforter, curtains or bedsheets here?
Yes. Our 16kg and 20kg high-capacity machines are well-suited for duvets, comforters, curtains, bedsheets, pillows, and other bulky items that home washing machines can't handle properly.

Q: Can I wash my pet items, rugs or mats here?
No. We do not have any specific machines set aside for multi purpose use such as pet-related laundry, rugs or floor mats. Our machines are only for clothes, linens and bedding.

Q: Do I need to bring my own detergent or softener?
No. All program cycles include an automatic dosing detergent. Depending on the program cycle you choose, selected cycles will come with softener. If you add in your detergent and softener in addition to the automatic doses, the clothes may not come out clean (of suds).

Q: Do I need coins to use the machines?
No coins needed. You can pay using tokens purchased at our token changers via PayNow or cash ($2, $5 and $10 notes accepted) or via the Huebsch app using credit/debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Q: What is the Huebsch app and how does it work?
The Huebsch app lets you pay for machines, check real-time machine availability, monitor your cycle remotely, and get a notification when your laundry is done. Top up $50 or more and receive 10% bonus credits automatically. Download on Google Play or the Apple App Store and search for location pin 531706.

Q: Is there free WiFi at Hangout Laundry?
Yes. Free WiFi is available throughout the laundromat. There's also comfortable seating and table space if you want to work or catch up on something while your laundry runs.

Q: Is there parking available?
Yes. Ample parking is available directly in front of the laundromat.

Q: What coffee and drinks are available?
We have a fully self-service specialty coffee machine offering espresso-based drinks using the Santino Coffee Capri blend (100% Arabica, sourced from Brazil and Honduras), matcha latte, dirty matcha (matcha with a shot of espresso), and a drinking chocolate made with Tea Drop's Classic Drinking Chocolate from Melbourne. Both hot and iced versions are available. Payment at the coffee machine is cashless (credit/debit card, PayNow, Google Pay, Apple Pay, GrabPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and EZ-Link accepted).

Q: Can I eat in the laundromat?
No. Please refrain from eating full meals at the laundromat to keep the space clean and free from pests. Food from elsewhere is only allowed on the premises during private Hangout Laundry events where we are able to clean up immediately after.

Q: Can I book the laundromat for a private event or party?
Yes. The space is available for commercial/community/content rental. Please visit this venue hire page for more details.

Q: Where is Hangout Laundry located?
